Golden Benchmarks for Scaling Your Cold Email Campaigns

Analyzing and Optimizing Campaigns

  1. WarmUp: Enable Warmup and let it run for AT LEAST 2 weeks before sending any campaigns. Even after the two weeks, continue to keep 👏 warmup 👏 enabled 👏 (important).

  2. Warmup Daily Limits

    1. We recommend for most users to use our default limits.

  3. Daily Campaign Limits:

Start slow with your email campaigns to prolong the life of your sending accounts rather than burn through them quickly. Follow these safe daily limits to gradually reach your ideal maximum.

    • Campaign Sending Day 1: 5 daily campaign emails per mailbox

    • Campaign Sending Day 3: 10 daily campaign emails per mailbox

    • Campaign Sending Day 5: 15 daily campaign emails per mailbox

    • Max: 20-40 campaign emails per mailbox daily

  4. Utilize Multiple Accounts: Setup 2 to 3 email accounts per domain to distribute the workload and mitigate risk.

  5. Monitor Bounce Rates: Keep your bounce rate at 3% or less to prevent emails from being marked as spam.

  6. Target Healthy Reply Rates: Strive for a reply rate around 5%, indicating that your emails engage recipients.

If you notice a drop in deliverability, consider revising your campaign copy, checking your technical setup, reducing your daily send limits, and letting warmup run without sending any campaigns for 1 to 2 weeks to rebuild your sender reputation.

By following these golden rules, you can effectively (and safely) scale your cold email campaigns for wider reach and better results. Happy emailing!
