Plans, limits, and what counts as an event

Three plans plus a metered option. The free tier is a real tier — magic-link signup, no card — not a trial that expires.

The plans

• Free — $0. 3,000 events a month, 1 agent, TypeScript SDK and REST, MCP server.

• Pro — $20/mo. 50,000 sends and 50,000 inbound replies a month, 5 agents, HMAC webhooks and the SDK reactor, injection scanning on every inbound, email support.

• Scale — $99/mo. 250,000 sends and 500,000 inbound a month, unlimited agents sharing the quota and reputation, per-agent allowlists and budgets, dedicated IP on request, priority support.

What counts as an event

A send is one event. An inbound is one event — that covers delivery, the injection scan and the reputation update. Test-mode traffic is not billed and does not count. Intent and entity extraction is opt-in: if your agent already runs a model over every reply, skip it and skip the cost.

Changing plan

Upgrade from the Billing page; it takes effect immediately and the new caps apply to the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period, so you keep what you have paid for.

Custom domains are included with any paid plan, with no per-domain fee and no per-workspace cap.
