Pro — $20/mo. 50,000 sends and 50,000 inbound replies a month, 5 agents, HMAC webhooks and the SDK reactor, injection scanning on every inbound, email support.
Scale — $99/mo. 250,000 sends and 500,000 inbound a month, unlimited agents sharing the quota and reputation, per-agent allowlists and budgets, dedicated IP on request, priority support.
A send is one event. An inbound is one event — that covers delivery, the injection scan and the reputation update. Test-mode traffic is not billed and does not count. Intent and entity extraction is opt-in: if your agent already runs a model over every reply, skip it and skip the cost.
Upgrade from the Billing page; it takes effect immediately and the new caps apply to the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period, so you keep what you have paid for.
