How to manually delete your mailbox / email account
If you want to remove your mailbox from Mails.ai, follow these steps:
Deleting a mailbox will stop all activity including campaign followups from that selected mailbox.
Step 1: Identify which account(s) you want to disconnect
Login to Mails.ai and navigating to 'Settings' >> 'Mailbox Settings' (or click here: https://app.mails.ai/settings#smtp).
Look for mailbox you want to disconnect from Mails.ai.
Step 2: Delete the mailbox
For the account you want to disconnect, click on the 'Delete' button .
Step 3: Click "Delete"
Simply click 'Delete' to confirm and Done! 🎉🎉 That account has disconnected.
